Social Media Strategy


Develop a social media image, style and strategy for family run, community bakery and café.

New Brighton Bakery were looking to engage more with their local community and introduce the business to potential customers outside of the local radius. Therefore improving sales and increasing table reservations.


 

Understanding the nature of the hospitality industry and spending as much time as possible with the client, allowed us to create a style and strategy that echoed the needs of the business. After a period of promotion and consistent customer engagement on social media channels, the business was seen to enjoy higher booking rates, increased enquiries for catering jobs and improved sales of promotional items.
